COURSE OVERVIEW

A deep dive into naturalistic flower arranging, this course explores why experimentation outside the realm of “traditional” floristry is key to the evolution of considerate, contemporary floral design. We discuss the importance of utilising re-usable mechanics, how to celebrate seasonality and skilfully blend flowers with weeds, fruits and vegetables, and how to take inspiration from the natural world, both wild and cultivated. There are eleven videos including a discussion of the five keystones of naturalistic floral design and a wide range of arrangements from bouquets to foam-free installations.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Over 4.5 hours total video - each film has captions in English

Over 100 pages of class notes and recipes - downloadable and yours to keep
