We love our bouquets to be layered with interesting textures, for the ingredients to qualify not just for being pretty but surprising and sculptural too. Sugary blossom, and candy pink berries are counterbalanced by the matt, muddy petals of the hellebores and the scratchy dried skeletons of St John’s wort.
