Our full Terms and Conditions for supply of wedding and event flowers are presented in writing to clients at the time of quotation.


1) Arrangements

For a limited time during the year we offer seasonal arrangements for collection from the studio.

2) Orders & Collection

When ordering flowers via our web-shop, please select the date you would like to collect your flowers at checkout. Flowers are available for collection on Friday afternoons between 12pm and 5pm. Orders must be placed two weeks in advance of the collection date. Collection is from our studio in Shepherd’s Bush, within easy distance of central London, the A40 and M4. Directions on how to find us and parking will be emailed to you on confirmation of your order. If you are located within London and would like to enquire about a courier delivery, please contact us and we will obtain a quotation for your approval.

3) Prices

Prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. If you require a VAT receipt please request this by email.

3) Materials

Spring to autumn we predominantly use our own-grown and British-grown flowers, which are more often than not organic. We believe that these garden-grown elements are uniquely beautiful and characterful. Having been grown naturally without the use of chemicals, the life expectancy of our flowers in the vase is between three and five days.

If ordering flowers for an event, please ensure that they are kept somewhere cool, out of draughts and direct sunlight and their vases kept topped up with fresh water to ensure they are hydrated prior to the event. To minimise contamination of the water due to naturally-occurring bacteria for bouquets you can re-cut the stems at an angle. All flowers will have been freshly cut and carefully conditioned prior to collection. We do not accept responsibility for any deterioration in their condition as a result of damage in transit, storage conditions or lack of sufficient hydration.

We reserve the right to adapt designs according to seasonal availability and weather conditions and cannot guarantee specific varieties. On the rare occasions that an item is unavailable we will replace with the nearest possible substitute.

Please be aware that the photographs in the webshop are intended only to provide an indication of size, style and colour and that these may vary depending on seasonal availability and weather conditions.


By purchasing products and/or workshop places via our website you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

1) Booking & Payment

Workshop places can be booked via our website or by BACs. In some cases we offer a split-payment instalment option, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to the workshop start date. Students’ places will not be guaranteed until full payment has been made.

For private group workshops a deposit payment will be required at the time of booking in order to secure the date/s of the workshop.

2) International Students

Please ensure that you have the relevant visa paperwork required for entry to the UK, and that you have applied for this in sufficient time before the start of your workshop. If your visa is delayed or you are denied entry to the UK, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3) Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

We have a strict no-refund policy on workshop places and deposits. This includes cancellations due to illness, personal or professional reasons. At our discretion and if circumstances allow, we may be able to offer students transferral to an alternative workshop.

Please note that we have a minimum number of students required in order to run our workshops, and if the minimum is not met we may be required to cancel or rearrange workshop dates. We reserve the right to amend or cancel workshops and will endeavour to provide students with as much notice as possible should this occur. We are not liable for any losses (including but not limited to travel and accommodation arrangements) that could arise as a result of a workshop being cancelled.

In the unlikely event of a worksop being cancelled, students will be given the option of a full refund or the transferral of their place to an alternative date.

4) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, by reason of cause beyond our control including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, accident, war, riot, lockout, strike, flood, fire, power or water failure, breakdown of plant or machinery, delay in transit, obstruction of access, postal delay, or any other unexpected or exceptional cause or circumstance.

5) Health & Safety

At the beginning of each workshop students will be informed about the studio’s Health and Safety policies - any student who does not comply will be asked to leave the studio.

6) Photography

Students are welcome to take photographs in the studio and of their own work during the workshop. Please ask permission before taking images of other students’ work, other students or teachers. Please credit the Flower School workshop attended at Aesme if using images online.

We may at times take photographs during workshops and retain the right to use these for marketing purposes on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to be included in any photographs please notify us in writing before the start of the workshop.
